I guess my "sprints" mostly revolve around the reality that I am at my best when "working to deadlines." I was ne3ver able to do my homework ahead of time as a kid... it was always last minute; as an adult I still tend to put off things and then do the mad dash to complete them by (real or imaginary) deadlines.
